On December 5, Vietnam Ministry of Health issued Circular 31/2019/TT-BYT Requirements for fresh milk products in school milk program. 

Fresh milk products used in the School Milk Program, including whole milk and pasteurized fresh milk, must meet the National Technical Regulation on milk products QCVN 5-1: 2010 / BYT is issued in  Minister of Health's Circular No. 30/2010 / TT-BYT and requires of Article 4 and Article 5 of this Circular.
